As it was announced from the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism , Ryanair will introduce a new line during the IATA season , twice a week – on Tuesdays and Saturdays .
So now the company will have eight flights a week during the IATA 2014 from March to October – two rotation a week from Brussels and two from London .
According to Montenegrin ministry of transport , the relevant institutions are continuing intensive activities with the aim of further improving the connection through the expansion of existing and introduction of new routes .
The Ministry have said that one of their priorities decrease in the degree of seasonality and thus lengthening the duration of the tourist season .
It is expected that flights in IATA season , from March to October , to affect the increase in the number of tourist arrivals in the postseason .
In addition , as stated , according to previous research, the number of tourists from the UK who visit Montenegro comes through Cilipi airport in Dubrovnik .
The introduction of flights Ryanair London Podgorica at affordable prices achieved by the convergence of another important generating markets of Western Europe .
The goal of Montenegro is better connectivity and the availability of significant tourist-generating markets .
In this context , together with the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs , will work on increasing competitiveness in this area and create the preconditions for the introduction of new low cost flights.
